The beautifully decorated, spotless room with exceptional bay views made our stay amazing, thanks to the excellent and comfortable location of the property.

The staff was amiable and flexible and the place was fairly clean. The setting of hotel was magnificent and good, in the direct neighbourhood. Moreover, it was really close to a good restaurant and halong bay.

The rooms at this hotel were absolutely incredible - spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff, especially Ms. Vy and Ms. Nghia, were absolutely lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect as it was situated between Halong City and Tuan Chau Marina, making it convenient for exploring both areas. our experience at this hotel was top-notch and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our trip.

The staff here are really friendly and flexible, they even offer free wake-up calls and ironing services. Plus, this place is conveniently located just a short stroll away from the bay, beach, and lots of restaurants 🌴 with good food.

We had an excellent stay. The room was spacious and clean, with beautiful decoration. The staff was kind, always helpful and gave us a free upgrade on arrival. The rooftop pool was our favorite feature, with amazing views of the entire area. Also, we were pleased with the hotel's location near to the beach.

Exploring the vast area where this hotel is situated seems to be the only positive thing about it, but even that proves difficult as there are not many options for dining in the direct neighbourhood. the beach, however, is accessible from the hotel with a little effort. Some rooms are nicely furnished but there are some drawbacks: the bathroom is all glass, offering no privacy, and the room has too much furniture, making it seem cramped.

The service at this hotel is frustrating, especially when dealing with accommodating staff or housekeeping who sometimes forget to change bedclothes or forget to clean the pool.

Limited breakfast options and poor quality, difficulty communicating with some staff, some rooms have issues with air conditioning and hot water in the shower.

The value for money at Green Suites was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with a spacious and luxurious bathroom. The staff treated us with kindness and the kids enjoyed the pool and smart TV. The location was convenient for exploring the area.

Menu for breakfast could use more variety to improve the experience.

The rooms in this hotel were clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the friendly staff who were very accommodating to our needs. One more advantage we enjoyed was the large size of the rooms which allowed us plenty of space to relax and spread out.

The location of the hotel was not very convenient, and finding good restaurants nearby was difficult. the breakfast provided was not very filling, and the lack of hot water for showers was frustrating.

I had a fantastic stay at Green Suites! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my late check-in and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and the hotel was clean and new, offering great value for money. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I particularly loved the big bath in the bathroom. Although the breakfast was geared more towards Vietnamese visitors, I still enjoyed it. I highly recommend this hotel.

One small issue I encountered was with the shower. It was difficult to set the temperature, as turning the knob to both sides resulted in scalding hot water.
